Living with Cerebral Palsy means my body is always fighting against itself. My muscles are tight, stiff, and tense on a daily basis, and winter makes everything ten times worse. Cold weather and CP DO NOT get along!  My legs seize up, my neck hurts, and my whole body feels like it’s working overtime just to move.

Because of that, I’m always searching for products that make life easier, more comfortable, and more independent. The Clearlight Infrared Sauna has become one of the biggest blessings in my daily routine.  It has been a absolute godsend!!

The setup shocked me… The pieces literally fit together like a puzzle and screw in place. No complicated tools, no real heavy lifting, and nothing too overwhelming.  

What makes this sauna truly disability-friendly is how independent I can be with it. I control everything from the Clearlight app on my phone — temperature, timer, lights — all without having to reach, bend, or struggle. It even connects through Bluetooth, so I can listen to music and create a whole calming, comforting space just for me.

I use it every single night before bed, and the difference it’s made in my body is incredible.
My muscles loosen up in a way nothing else has ever been able to accomplish.  The warmth gets deep into the tightness in my legs, my back, and my core, and I finally feel relief from the constant stiffness CP brings.  I sleep better.  I wake up with less pain.  I feel more relaxed and more in control of my body.

Another huge improvement I wasn’t expecting, it has helped my migraines.  The heat and relaxation lower my tension, calm my nervous system, and reduce the frequency of my headaches. For me, that alone is life changing.

With winter right around the corner, if you live with cerebral palsy, you understand how brutal the cold can be… The tightness, the spasms, the pain. This sauna has been a total lifesaver for keeping my body loose and comfortable.

It’s easy to get in and out of, comfortable to sit in.  I don’t need anyone to help me use it. I don’t need assistance adjusting the settings. I get to do everything myself, and that freedom means so much more than most people realize.

For anyone living with a disability, muscle tightness, chronic pain, or migraines, I can’t recommend the Clearlight Infrared Sauna enough!  It’s more than just a sauna, it’s part of my daily therapy, my nightly routine, and a tool that genuinely supports both my body and my peace of mind.
